Project InformationThis project was a 15,400 sf retail furniture facility in Woodbury. It was constructed of pre-cast tilt up panels with Aristocrat brick veneer. Interior is open deck with multiple different colored vinyets throughout divided by 8’ walls. We installed a hut system called Storm Tech and along with this system, we installed a holding pond. The underground storage hut system is for storm water retention, as required by the city. Storm Tech is located under the parking lot to handle the water within its own site location. Built through the winter months the ground had to be thawed to do footings. Site was brought up with fill. |
