Project Information

The Arby’s Restaurant was a build-out of an existing space inside Apache Mall Food Court. The project had extensive utility and mechanical work, along an upgraded electrical service, which was obtained almost 500 feet away. Also, included, for the improvement of the space, was a steel beam and metal deck mezzanine that encompassed most of the kitchen equipment for both HVAC and plumbing, the architect had designed the mezzanine to meet the clients space needs. Some of the challenges to this project were the compressed time schedule to meet the owner’s desire to be open before the holiday rush. Also, there was limited access to the site with only one entrance. Because of this careful consideration it had to be taken into account for the sequencing of sub-contractor activities.
