They built our Camilles Sidewalk Cafe’ in Blaine, Minnesota in May and June of 2004. We believe the workmanship of the craftsmen to be superior. Our schedule was followed without complication. The finished product exceeds our expectations. The restaurant is a new franchise concept, which led to many interpretive decisions as to the design, all of which were successful.” “VSI also remodeled our new Taco John’s space in Northtown Mall in Blaine, Minnesota in August and September of 2004. Again, this design project was well executed. We continue to receive compliments from others in our industry on this finished project. VSI worked closely with the owner, architect, and kitchen equipment supplier to achieve just the look that the owner and the Oklahoma based franchise office expects. Bright, colorful, festive, and inviting is the theme for these stores. They require approximately 2800 square feet all together for seating and the kitchen area. They have a private room and a cozy gas fireplace in the main seating area. VSI’s team also worked closely with the county’s health department during the pre-construction application phase assuring a smooth finish come final inspection. |
