Project Information
The design/Build ground-up building is a 9740 square foot multi tenant facility. With this type of building, it allows the owner to occupy the amount of space necessary for their own business, in this case Bumper to Bumper. With the remaining part of the building, additional income is created to assist with cash flowing the investment. The Bumper to Bumper portion of the building is 6400 square feet. The remaining portion was designed to allow for the ability to split that area into two different end users for more flexibility at time of leasing.
