VSI remodeled interior floors from existing conditions to timeshare condominiums; including 300 suites, lobby, theatre, exercise rooms and sales center. We upgraded electrical services to every floor, installed new plumbing lines for a new kitchen. Services provided by VSI included FF&E installations. The primary challenge was to accomplish the renovations with minimal disruption of the hotel guests and staff. |
