Project InformationChristopher & Banks and C.J. Banks, are both womens clothing stores that are owned by the Christopher & Banks Corporation and are located in malls throughout the United States. VSI has had a long standing relationship with them for many years. The stores range in size from 2,500 to 5,500 square feet. The duration of the buildout lasts anywhere from 45 to 53 days depending on the level of demolition left from the previous tenant. |
