Project InformationOpen spaces and festive colors make this build-out an existing place to workout. The owner’s concept of a 24 hour a day fitness center is a very unique building feature. During the late evening hours the spaces high tech digital entry and camera system doesn’t require anyone present to leave the lights on and remain open all night. The system is user programmed with a card to allow access to members only. Over the lifetime of their occupancy, this feature gives guest the flexibility to come and go while the owner reaps the benefits of the labor savings. |
