Project InformationThis interior renovation converted outdated office space into a surgical equipment sterilization area. Approximately one half of the projects scope involved mechanical systems including high and low pressure steam, plumbing and a complete HVAC system with specialized exhaust ducting. The finishes in the space were similar to a clean room environment, including the use of sheet vinyl flooring, Mylar ceiling tile, high build glazed coatings, etc. The biggest challenge was introducing all of the required HVAC equipment into small crawl spaces, process rooms and low ceilings. The coordination of this work proved to be a challenge when combined with the space needs of the owner. |
