Project InformationThis is a 12,500 sf vanilla shell, wood structure tenant retail building. Along with the demolition of two buildings, a church was found buried on the property which resulted in a soil correction. The Village Center was built through the winter months and it was completed on schedule. This project helped to revitalize the new Main St corridor in downtown Forest Lake. |
