Truly a one of a kind project. Framing of interior conference rooms and break area (the hub) was completed with 4” x 4” tube stock with Lexan and Tectum panels applied. This was a 39,624 square foot project done with all eco-friendly materials. Project completed in 3 ½ month time frame using many innovative construction techniques created by the VSI team. During the project VSI suspended work for two weeks while QBP set up, hosted, and dismantled for a three day annual forum that drew people from 39 states. The forum took place on the same area as our construction, requiring VSI to make the area “toddler safe.” This project won the MN ABC Award of Merit.
