Indeed anyone that has Barbara Rounds and Tom Longerbone assigned to their team will be working with the BEST.” Kathleen O’Hara, Principal St. Vincent de Paul School Project InformationThis project was a 9000 square foot design/build addition to the existing facility. It involved adding six classrooms, two large restrooms, and enough hallway lockers to accommodate the additional class space. This project took place while the school was in session. VSI had to take extra precautions to maintain adequate fire exiting, along with minimum noise levels causing disruption during school hours. The building was originally built with the intention of an addition at some point in time. However, the utility futures were not sized adequately. Our design team was able to come up with cost effective measures to meet the clients budget. |
