Project Information

This was a 700 square foot ground up addition, design build project with unique electrical and HVAC specs for an industrial laboratory/U.L. rated testing facility. The space to be designed, built and ready to occupy in less than 90 days, with construction in the middle of a severe Minnesota winter. There were very complex design perimeters and the project was completed well ahead of schedule.
