Project Information
This design/build 8,000 square foot building is designed with the idea of multiple tenant occupancy. The initial construction for this building planned for multiple utility connections and a larger electrical capacity than a single tenant user. The interior walls are constructed as the tenants are determined. In this case the building was fully occupied as the building was completed. The outside of the building has an appealing use of a masonry veneer along with EFIS to help keep lifetime maintenance costs low and meet with the city's strict ordinances.
