June 6, 2002 Len Sutherland VSI Construction, Inc. 11751 Troy Lane North Maple Grove, MN 55369 RE: Letter of Recommendation/Support Dear Len: As President of the ABC Properties, Inc., I would like to write this letter to share some of my satisfaction on the contributions that VSI, Inc has provided to us in our building project. As a busy person with several businesses, I did not have time to plan for the expansion of the Asian American Press Building. Therefore, I had to rely on the advice, and planning of Mr. Steve Johnson and his associates at VSI. From the initial drawings to a variety of stages during the construction process, VSI presented me with several good ideas for saving money. The cost cutting measure did not compromise the quality and the beauty of the building project. VSI did an excellent job keeping the construction time on target, even through the winter months in Minnesota. I am very pleased and appreciate that VSI has presented our community with a beautiful building. It is a pleasant facility and very useful as our Computer Technology Center.
