Specifically, the Rum River Elementary School and the Highland Management installations were made easier because of your great people and always-helpful attitude. Rum River was done over a long period of time in several stages, during which you and your people came through with flying colors, receiving the product and installing it as the spaces were finished and became available. Because of your flexibility and hard work, we have a happy customer, as do you. The Highland Management installation was difficult, partially because of a complex, wall-mounted furniture plan, and partially because of unexpected customer expectations. Once again, VSI and its people came through with flying colors. I look forward to working with you on the Harold Chevrolet installation, later this Spring.
