Having been a long-time customer of the Facility Solutions side of your business, I had come to expect great service from VSI, but I had no idea the lengths you and your staff would go to in order to make a project happen! We presented you with an impossible budget, time frame and landlord and you rose to the occation in every aspect. The work was done professionally, quickly and to our very specific guidelines. I would have been lost without you on this venture and cannot thank you enough for getting our business open as quickly as you did. Even when I was facing the reality of opening late, you handled every detail and made things happen in ways I never knew were possible. You somehow seemed to become more and more calm as the stress level rose. I so much appreciate the great attitudes and professional manner from your employees on site. I had several other vendors and friends that stopped by comment on how this did not seem to be a "typical" construction site. It was clean, the language was professional, and everyone onsite - including your subs - handled themselves very well. Again, many thanks from myself and Laurie!
