I entered a contract with them last September to build HealthWise Family Chiropractic. The process began by meeting with Brent Thompson to discuss the floor plan and blueprints. It was very apparent that it was important to him to understand what I wanted and what my expectations were so he could utilize his professional experience in getting to the final product. We continued the process with additional face to face meetings until we achieved a final plan. As construction began I worked with Tim Keppel, the project manager. Tim was very timely and thorough in answering my questions or responding to any of my needs. As the project drew to a close, Brad Smith, the job superintendent was excellent in managing the details. New construction is a complex process that requires many skills, a high level of detail and daily attention. It can be an emotional transaction or strictly business. Either way, it needs the management and employee dedication and oversight that result in total satisfaction for the purchaser. VSI was great to work with every step of the way, including the post transaction follow up. It would be my pleasure to highly recommend them to any prospective purchaser. |
