August 8, 2007 Dan Herman VSI Facility Solutions 11751 Troy Lane North Maple Grove, MN 55369 Attention: Dan I just wanted to let you know that Matt and his staff did a great job over the weekend with our move. Everyone was accountable, timely and extremely hard working...and they smiled while they worked (which amazed me!) In my previous job, I did a lot of moves similar to this one, and I never worked with such an efficient and effective staff. Matt is a great manager...he gives direction well, keeps everyone on task and follows through on commitments he makes. He also adjusts very well to last minute changes...we had a few. We are very lucky to have Matt Hora as a resource for Datacard. |
