February 15, 2007 RE: Outstanding Service Dan Herman VP Sales & Marketing VSI Construction, Inc. 11751 Troy Lane North Maple Grove, MN 55369 Dear Dan, I wanted to let you know what an outstanding job VSI has done and what a great partner I think you are. Brent has gone out of his way to communicate and make sure that projects stay on track, and has been invaluable in helping solve some of the product and configuration issues as they have arisen. His positive, proactive approach and ability to listen and solve problems is appreciated more than I can express. Travis has been a constant partner in my projects as well. He identifies issues before they become a problem and always keeps me informed of next steps. He works so well with the rest of the crew, he is truly as asset to VSI. I had several comments from the personnel on the floor about how surprised they were that the noise level wasn't high, especially when there were big crews with a lot of reconfiguration assembly going on throughout business hours. Brian is another example of what makes working with VSI so great. Travis was out ill one day and Brian stepped up to make sure everything was completed on time and correctly. He would seek me out to ask about anything he wasn't clear on, and contacted Brent on several things we identified needed doing without prompting. He also went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of before leaving for the day (as Travis always does too). The VSI staff is always very friendly and polite. They have a keen awareness of the importance of "blending" into the background when they are working during business hours. I never hear any of the crew complaining and they all certainly seem to enjoy what they do. Please thank them for me and let them know how much I appreciate everything they do.
