January 7, 2008 VSI Construction, 11751 Troy Lane North Maple Grove, MN 55369 Dear Len, I would like to thank you and your staff for all of your wonderful help during 2007. This past year was a big year for changes at Stratasys, Inc. and I was very pleased to have VSI partnered with us to assist in making these changes very successful. As you know, over the past year and with your help, we completed some very large projects for Stratasys. Jay, Laurie, Martin and John did an outstanding job of completing the renovation of our new Corporate Headquarters and R&D facility and delivering the project on time and within budget. Brent and his staff worked diligently at inventorying and sorting existing furniture in order to reuse a good portion of it. The installers overcame a few long days to complete the furniture install and meet our move in schedules. At the end of our building lease, we tasked VSI with a project that had the tight budget and schedule of returning our leased space back to original condition for the landlord. Tim and Marty did a remarkable job of coordinating the project budget and schedule closely to ensure both were met in order to turn the building back to the landlord. Throughout the year we had several minor construction projects that VSI was instrumental in providing value engineering ideas to keep budget cost down and maintain schedules while completing simultaneous projects in several buildings. This past year, I've had many people from your organization onsite for one reason or another. I've received numerous comments from our employees on how courteous and pleasant it is to work with VSI Construction.
