To Whom It May Concern: During the Spring of 2002, IKON Office Solutions undertook a very complex project entailing the relocation of a distribution center, an interior buildout and the abandonment of a large space by tearing down, moving and reinstalling several hundred modular stations on a very tight time schedule with several intermediate deadlines. VSI Facility Solutions, VSI Construction and their design staff met with me and my internal clients at the beginning of the project to develop requirements and time lines, but with my many other projects going on nationwide and my physical location in Cinncinnati Ohio, the bulk of planning, project management and contact with the various divisions and their staff, as well as all of the little details, fell to them. The VSI group formed a team to meet all of the issues that arose, dealt with them in a timely manner and remained in constant communications with me throughout the entire project. In addition to construction, product inventory, teardown, moving, setup and design, VSI Facility Solutions also assisted me in procuring additional used furniture from local sources and storing and shipping excess product to various locations around the counrty. Throughout this entire project, VSI consistently demonstrated a willingness to work with us and was very flexible and responsive to meet our changing and sometimes demanding needs. In my position at IKON, I am directly responsible for several projects of this type each month. VSI's level of involvement and attention to detail allowed me to reduce the attention and effort I had to direct to this project without any concern of jeopardizing client satisfaction or due dates. I am planning on using VSI again in the near future, and I would not hesitate to recommend VSI Facility Solutions or VSI Construction to any organization looking for skilled and dedicated service provider for any aspect of construction or modular furniture work.
