I am the principal at St. Vincent de Paul School in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. For the past year I have had the privilege of working with Ms. Barbara Rounds and Mr. Tom Longerbone. It is because of my appreciation of their expertise that I am writing to you. I truly feel the good Lord smiled upon us when Barbara and Tom were assigned to our project. I found Barbara to be knowledgeable, hard-working, dependable, and a person of great integrity. There were many times when I would have accepted something that was "ok," Barbara would not an insisted that the work be redone. Barbara's morning meetings were informative and efficiently run. She was not intimidated by the knowledge of others nor did she intimidate others with her exceptional abilities. Tom was affectionately called the gentle giant here at St. Vincent's. He was always aware of the children's presence and their safety was always provided. I don't believe I ever witnessed Tom angry, upset or rushed. It was also obvious the respect the worker's had for Tom. He expected perfection and received it. I very much appreciated getting to know Barbara and Tom. We laughed, cried and finally celebrated the completion of our beautiful school. I would encourage anyone to work by their side and observe them in action. Indeed anyone that has Barbara Rounds and Tom Longerbone assigned to their team will be working with the BEST. I hope this letter adequately conveys my strong support and appreciation. Thank you.
