November 14, 2001 Mr. Dan Herman VSI Industries RE: Opus North Corporation Mr. Herman, This letter contains overall comments on the performance of VSI staff to install SMED product furniture earlier this year in April of 2001. The employees from VSI working on this office were very competent. There were a few problems that arose during the assembly of some of the furniture however, not to the fault of VSI. They continued working as far as they could and then worked to find solutions to work around the missing parts or sections. The VSI employees tried very hard to stick to the strict deadline that was being enforced. Overall, the staff from VSI that was onsite was a very good crew. They handled onsite problems very well and made sure the work was done in an orderly and timely fashion. I would definitely recommend VSI as installers to anyone who is looking for professional and efficient service. Sincerely, |
