I truly appreciate all your attention, support and suggestions you offer for all the potpourri of projects on our campus. As you know, VSI has completed several different projects at Mentor. My staff and I appreciate VSI's professionalism while working on these various projects. Your crew can pull off a project with very little interruption in our production or workflow and they made sure to take into special consideration our need to have a clean and dust free environment during construction. As a Facilities Supervisor, I especially appreciate the freedom you give me to be able to call and get an immediate response. Because we have several different departments and buildings, it's nice to be able to get the answers back to those people right away. I feel very comfortable with our working relationship and appreciate your "checking in with me," just to see what's up in my neck of the woods.
