Dear Len,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the fine job your organization did on our recent project in Chanhassen. At the onset I was very concerned about expense control and our ability to meet a very demanding schedule.

As the project unfolded, it became clear that the all those involved including your construction and furnishings divisions, our architects, and SUPERVALU staff worked as a very focused team towards the established objectives. This is the only way we could have met our goals as successfully as we did. All of the phases were completed on time and it looks like we are well within our budget.

Practically every time I have visited the project over the past several weeks someone that works in the facility, at all levels, from secretarial to Vice President, has comes up to me with a positive comment about remodeling and what a fine job we did. This to me is the highest form of compliment and your team deserves substantial credit.
