I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the outstanding job that you and your team did in assisting us with this very critical project. As you know, the call center is a very important part of our business and the changes we made to this department were significant. You understood that it was extremely important that everything be completed on time, with all aspects of the operation back on-line when the project was completed.
