Gopher Electronics is very pleased with the performance of VSI Construction, Inc. as the General Contractor on this project and in particular the work of Greg Franzen, Project Manager and Marty Sutherland, Project Superintendent on the job. VSI Construction, Inc. completed a quality project on schedule and within cost targets of the initial contract plus the project modifications that came up as the project progressed. VSI Construction, Inc. was organized, conscientious, honest and straight forward in all transactions and work. This can only be summarized in one way - excellent work. Greg Franzen and Marty Sutherland worked tirelessly to make this project successful. It was a real pleasure to work with two people who put that much energy into their jobs. They represent VSI Construction, Inc. professionally and make excellent impressions on the customer. Both are knowledgeable and skillful across a broad range of construction materials and techniques, solved problems effectively and were very helpful to the customer while at the same time looked out for the best interests of VSI Construction, Inc. As the Project Superintendent on the site each day, Marty Sutherland did an excellent job fostering a positive, workable relationship between the general contractor, sub contractors, inspectors and Gopher Electronics personnel. He was always pleasant to deal with and most willing to work together in a positive way to solve the problems and issues that come up on a day-to-day basis on a remodel project such as this.
